Jo has over 20 years’ experience as a public speaker, trainer and group facilitator working with local, national and international organisations and audiences within the disability, sport, HR and personal development contexts. As Area Manager SA/NT for the Australian Public Service Commission, she facilitated leadership, human resource development and ethical conduct across the Commonwealth sector. She has trained Senior Public Sector staff, people with disability and aspiring young leaders.
Combining an Honours degree in Psychology, Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management and Executive Certificate in Positive Psychology Coaching, Jo understands human behavior and the drivers which influence motivation and performance. She is an active member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), International Coach Federation (ICF) and Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA), stringently upholding each association’s professional code of ethics and commitment to professional development.
She is an engaging, energetic and effective facilitator.
Matt Curnow: Facilitator
Matt has extensive experience in cultural change, alignment and change management. Matt educates business in process improvement and cultural change and uses this experience coupled together with the latest research in Neuroscience and Emotional Intelligence to improve business results.
Matt’s facilitation is designed around supporting business in innovation, communication and improving workplace and individual behaviours and emotional intelligence. His experience extends to working with Mining Companies, Communication Sector, Councils and numerous other businesses. Matt has delivered a large number of programs including Conflict in the Workplace, Managing Change, Emotional Intelligence, Process Improvement and a number of others.
His qualifications include: MBA- University of South Australia 2007, Change Management & Innovation and Entrepreneur University of South Australia 2006, GENOS –Emotional Intelligence Accreditation and Human Synergistics
Debbie Tester: Facilitator
With several years experience as an OD Practitioner, Debbie is recognised as an outstanding facilitator, coach, and relationship manager with a refreshingly down-to-earth approach and a sound understanding of organisational culture. Debbie combines her intuitive flair, personal leadership experience, and commercial acumen to develop positive and productive working relations with people. She has a proven track record of working successfully with front line staff, middle management and senior business executives.
Her specialities include: Delivery of behavioural skills training, Facilitation of bespoke workshops, Executive coaching, Programme design, Development for internal HR teams.
Amanda Henry: Facilitator
Amanda is a qualified teacher and has performed a diverse range of facilitating since she left the education system in 2008. She has a Cert 4 in Training and Assessment and has recently done work for TAFE SA in Admissions and Curriculum Services as a Senior Project Officer along with a Lecturer in the Bachelor of Business and Foundation Studies. Lecturing for the Flinders University in the School of Education is another of Amanda's previous roles.
Amanda has also owned and managed a successful Engineering business for 10 years which has provided her with the expertise and insight into organisation, management and staff requirments for learning and development.
A passion for learning and education has seen Amanda deliver a number of programs in both the private, government and corporate sector covering a broad range of topics and achieving significant outcomes.
Alan Reeves: Facilitator
Alan has over 20 years experience providing training, coaching and mentoring and successfully delivering ongoing induction and post induction training courses. These included new products/procedures and Business software applications to new and established customers. Alan also has over 10 years experience participating in continuous improvement and planning of policies and procedures in a corporate environment and introducing a large number of new process changes and delivering training for them.
He has also facilitated courses for long term unemployed, teaching them all the skills required to re-enter the workforce.
Alan is a passionate facilitator and is keen to work with participants to gain the maximum benefit from the programs he delivers.
